Terms of Service & Return Policy

Welcome to Style Cosmology. By accessing this website and purchasing products or services, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

Style Cosmology offers one-of-a-kind textile pieces, wearable items, ritual objects, and personal services (including readings). All products and services are created and provided with care, intention, and attention to detail.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Products

All physical items are handmade and often one-of-one. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods:

• Minor variations, irregularities, or signs of handwork are part of the design and not considered defects

• Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings

All items are sold as described.

3. Payment

• All prices are listed in USD

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated

• Orders will be processed within [3–7 business days] unless noted

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed.

4. Shipping

• Shipping times vary based on location

• Once an order has shipped, Style Cosmology is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Tracking information will be provided when available.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.

All sales are final on:

• One-of-one textile pieces

• Pocket shrines and ritual objects

• Silk items

• Sale items

However, exceptions may be made in the case of:

• Items arriving damaged

• Incorrect item received

If this occurs, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement (if available), or

• Store credit

6. Services (Readings)

All bookings for:

• Aura Readings

• Style Cosmology Readings

• Style Constellations

are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice

• One reschedule is permitted per session

Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and written material on this site are the property of Style Cosmology and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Disclaimer

Style Cosmology offerings—including readings and products—are intended for personal insight, creative exploration, and self-expression.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice.
